Meet Tara

Tara Farrar is the Esthetician/Permanent Makeup Artist and Owner of Emerald Studio. Tara grew up in Kentucky and has made friends all over this great state and in many others. That is because she's a lover of all things! She can always find something beautiful, interesting, funny, or valuable in almost every landscape, person, or experience. This gift comes in handy during challenging situations, but also makes life difficult when deciding where to go for dinner... or vacation... or even what career to pursue!

​After a long career in the engineering and construction world, she experienced a series of life changing events and sought a different path, so she built a thriving business in permanent makeup - brows, lips, liner, scar camouflage, and inkless skin revision. Recently, she wanted to add services that will relax and pamper her clients too, so the newest addition at Emerald Studio was born - The Oasis suite. The Oasis is an esthetic suite where clients will be properly pampered from head to toe with a variety of beauty services - facials, extensions, lash and brow treatments, and waxing.
